Lawrence "Larry" Macarty Eyeson

Born in Ghana and raised in the vibrant city of Philadelphia, the founder of Mavinstone Onyx LLC brings a unique blend of cultural depth and urban tenacity to the world of real estate. His journey from West Africa to the East Coast of the United States instilled in him a deep appreciation for opportunity, community, and resilience.

A lifelong entrepreneur, he has spent decades building businesses centered on real estate development, investment, and community revitalization. His mission has always been clear: to transform underutilized spaces into thriving environments while creating lasting value for families, investors, and neighborhoods alike.

Beyond the boardroom, he is a passionate supporter of the Philadelphia Eagles — a true fan who wears green with pride and brings the same loyalty and grit to his business ventures that he does to his favorite team.

Through Mavinstone Onyx LLC, he continues to champion smart growth, equitable housing, and impactful investments — especially in Opportunity Zones and economically distressed areas — with a vision rooted in integrity, innovation, and legacy-building.

Tonya Hopkins

Tonya Hopkins as the Chief of Staff for Macarty Eyeson Global Family Office LLC (MEGFO) and the Mavinstone Companies.

A graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School in Tonya brings a strong work ethic and years of hands-on experience serving. Her background includes working as a private caretaker, where she developed exceptional organizational skills, compassion, discretion, and attention to detail. She also has extensive experience in landscape design, giving her a practical, solution-oriented approach and a willingness to tackle challenges both in the field and behind the scenes.

As Chief of Staff, Tonya provides executive support across the Mavinstone family of companies, helping coordinate day-to-day operations, manage strategic initiatives, oversee administrative functions, and ensure projects move efficiently from concept to completion. She serves as a key point of coordination between leadership, team members, contractors, and business partners, helping maintain the high standards our companies strive to achieve. A resident of Oak Level, Virginia Tonya enjoys spending time with her family and enjoying Giggling Creek Cottage and firearms.

Tonya's dedication, reliability, and positive attitude make her an invaluable member of our leadership team. We are excited to have her helping shape the future of the Macarty Eyeson Global Family Office and the Mavinstone Companies.

RISK MANAGEMENT OFFICER

Timothy DeLonghi

Timothy DeLonghi is a Miami native who brings a disciplined, operations-first mindset to every aspect of real estate and property management. Raised in South Florida, Timothy developed an early appreciation for the role housing plays in building stable communities—an interest that later became the foundation of his career.

Timothy attended the University of Miami, where he focused his studies on real estate, sharpening his understanding of asset performance, tenant operations, and long-term portfolio strategy. Over time, his professional work has centered on property management systems, process improvement, and risk mitigation, helping ensure properties are managed with consistency, accountability, and strong resident outcomes.

Today, Timothy serves as the liaison to Antstone LLC, acting as a key connector between leadership objectives and day-to-day execution. In this role, he is also responsible for firm-wide risk management and internal controls, supporting operational integrity across the portfolio through structured oversight, compliance-driven practices, and proactive problem-solving.

QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER

Kaylyn Rouse

Kaylyn Rouse, Quality Control Manager for Antstone LLC, where she plays a vital role in ensuring our rental properties and other investors properties consistently meet the high standards our residents expect.

Kaylyn's primary focus is the tenant experience. From conducting property inspections and identifying maintenance concerns to verifying that homes are move-in ready, she works diligently to ensure every property reflects Antstone's commitment to quality, safety, and professionalism. Her exceptional attention to detail and proactive approach help maintain the standards that define our communities.

In addition to her current leadership role, Kaylyn is actively expanding her expertise and is currently enrolled to take her Virginia Real Estate licensing examination. Upon obtaining her license, she will further enhance her ability to serve both our tenants and property owners while supporting the continued growth of Antstone LLC affiliates.

Whether coordinating quality inspections, assisting with tenant-related matters, or helping improve operational processes, Kaylyn brings professionalism, dependability, and genuine care to every interaction.

Controller

Jennifer Jones

Jennifer is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of Antstone LLC, helping ensure the company maintains accurate records, strong financial controls, and timely reporting across our growing real estate portfolio. She manages expense categorization, accounts payable and receivable, financial reconciliations, and supports leadership with budgeting and operational reporting to help drive informed business decisions.

Working closely with our property management, maintenance, and executive teams, Jennifer ensures vendor payments, tenant accounting, and company finances are handled with precision and professionalism. Her organized approach and commitment to accuracy help provide a solid financial foundation as Antstone continues to expand throughout Virginia.

As Controller, Jennifer also plays an important role in improving internal processes, maintaining financial compliance, and supporting the strategic goals of the Mavinstone Companies.
