Lawrence "Larry" Macarty Eyeson
Born in Ghana and raised in the vibrant city of Philadelphia, the founder of Mavinstone Onyx LLC brings a unique blend of cultural depth and urban tenacity to the world of real estate. His journey from West Africa to the East Coast of the United States instilled in him a deep appreciation for opportunity, community, and resilience.
A lifelong entrepreneur, he has spent decades building businesses centered on real estate development, investment, and community revitalization. His mission has always been clear: to transform underutilized spaces into thriving environments while creating lasting value for families, investors, and neighborhoods alike.
Beyond the boardroom, he is a passionate supporter of the Philadelphia Eagles — a true fan who wears green with pride and brings the same loyalty and grit to his business ventures that he does to his favorite team.
Through Mavinstone Onyx LLC, he continues to champion smart growth, equitable housing, and impactful investments — especially in Opportunity Zones and economically distressed areas — with a vision rooted in integrity, innovation, and legacy-building.

Alexandria serves as Operations Manager for Mavinstone Onyx LLC, where she oversees tenant operations and day-to-day portfolio execution across a geographically diverse footprint spanning Winchester through Southern Virginia. With a paralegal degree and hands-on operational experience, Alexandria brings a disciplined, compliance-oriented approach to property management, risk mitigation, and process execution.
Based in Bassett, Virginia, and with professional exposure to West Virginia markets, Alexandria understands the regulatory, cultural, and operational nuances of both rural and multi-jurisdictional portfolios. She plays a central role in coordinating tenant communications, enforcing lease standards, managing operational workflows, and ensuring consistency across properties. In addition to long-term rental operations, Alexandria manages the behind-the-scenes operations of the firm’s short-term rental assets, and agricultural operations, ensuring efficient turnovers, policy adherence, and guest readiness.
As a working parent, she brings strong organizational discipline, situational awareness, and empathy to her leadership style—qualities that translate directly into effective tenant relations and operational stability. Alexandria is a key operational anchor within the Mavinstone platform, supporting scalable growth while maintaining high standards of accountability and execution. Before stepping into her role as CRO, Sierra served as Chief of Staff at Mavinstone Companies, where she earned a reputation for operational excellence, decisive leadership, and unwavering commitment to the company’s mission.
